a red, green and black sympathy card

One of my favorite challenge blog, The Play Date Cafe has teamed up with another challenge blog called CASE study. The colors for the Play Date Cafe Challenge #69  is green, black and red and there is a beautiful card on the CASE Study #27   for inspiration. I chose the layout of the card for inspiration. I decided to make the dreaded but always needed sympathy card. I rubbed red ink on a glossy panel and embossed the image with black embossing powder. The image and the saying is from Verve. I inked the tag with the red ink. I added a leaf die cut that I have had forever and some flowers and a ribbon. The paper is Basic Grey. I am also entering it into the Allsorts #91-Inspired by Nature. The was fun and challenging to combine these great challenges! Thanks for stopping by!
