a card for my daughter-in-law
My new daughter-in-law loves elephants so I have created this birthday card for her. I used the sketch at Inspirational Card Sketches #96 and I used texture that they asked for at The Saturday Challenge #116. My daughter-in-law isn't a child but I think this card would work very well for one so I am entering into the One Stop Craft Challenge #113-a card for a child. I colored this Penny Black elephant with Copic makers and rubbed brown ink around the edges. The patterned paper is Basic Grey and the pink paper is The Paper Studio which I ran through the Cuttlebug embossing folder. The saying is a rubon and the punch is Martha Stewart. We are going out to eat with my son and her to celebrate her birthday tonite, hope she likes it! Thanks for stopping by!
