a colorful bird

I have created this colorful card for 3 challenges.

The Play Date Cafe #70- lime green, bright blue and orange
Stampin' Sisters for Christ #78-use at least 3 buttons
Midnight Madness # 92

I used black embossing powder for this Inkadinkado bird image and the saying is Stampabilities. I colored it with Copic markers. The paper is Sasafrass Lass and I added green to it with Copic markers. I also colored the buttons and flowers with Copic markers. I added a green leaf punch. How is your weekend going? My daughter and I went shopping and got our hair done today. This morning I created this card for 3 challenges.

Colour Create Challenge #65 -3 Fruits- I used kiwi, strawberries and bananas.

The SomeOne Special for the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge is my friend Beth. I used to work with her but we have remained friends. She likes to scrapbook too! She LOVES frogs! I think that his card would be great for a male too for the Penny Black Challenge! The paper is Basic Grey and shiny silver paper that I have embossed with the alegro Cuttlebug embossing folder. I also cut the notes by Quikuts using the Cuttlebug. The border punch is Martha Stewart and the saying is a tag. I colored the cute little froggy with Copic markers and added a bow. Dragonfly-ing

The Fuzzy Wuzzy February Mid Month Reminder

It is time for  the Mid Month Inspiration at The Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge for February! We are sponsored by Tickled Pink Stamps and the winner gets their choice of 2 digital stamps or 1 rubber stamp. I used this cute digital image by Wags n Whiskers called Let's Party Millie and friends-Ellie and Squeak colored with distress inks. The presents are Queen Kat designs that are embossed with black embossing powder and colored with Copic markers. The saying is a label. The papers came from a kit from Queen Kat Designs and it doesn't have the manufacturer's name on them. The birthday hat also came in the kit. I colored Tilda with Copic markers. The papers are Scenic Route and Karen Foster. I ran the panels through the Clock, Swiss Dots and Scales embossing folders. I made this birthday card this morning too. I might give this to my daughter instead of the other one. She will be 27 and this card might be more appropriate for an older person. I would like it! I am entering it into 4 challenges.

I love bright colors but sometimes I venture away from my comfort zone and create something different! I love the soft colors from the Play Date Cafe this week. The paper is Paper Pizazz. a birthday card for my daughter

My daughter was born on Valentine's Day! I know that she gets tired of hearts for her birthday but here goes! I did make another one that I am going to post next so I might give her that one instead. We are taking her out for supper tonight so we might have a long wait because of Valentine's Day! I have created this for 6 challenges.

The paper that I used is Daisy D's and Melody Ross for GCD. I cut the hearts using my Spellbinder and Cuttlebug. I embossed the white heart with a folder from StampinUp. The saying is a rub on. I used the Spotlight technique on this Penny Black image. This is a fun technique to do! The border punch and leaves for the flowers are Martha Stewart. I added white daisies. I colored this Magnolia image with Copic markers. I ran the pink panel through the Cuttlebug heart embossing folder and I don't know the manufacturer of the patterned paper. Help for Katie

Jak Heath is sponsoring a fundraiser for a young Mom who has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. All you have to do is buy some digital stamps that were donated by some generous companies.
