The Fuzzy Wuzzy February Mid Month Reminder

I used this cute digital image by Wags n Whiskers called Let's Party Millie and friends-Ellie and Squeak colored with distress inks. The presents are Queen Kat designs that are embossed with black embossing powder and colored with Copic markers. The saying is a label. The papers came from a kit from Queen Kat Designs and it doesn't have the manufacturer's name on them. The birthday hat also came in the kit. The blue and purple panels were run through th birthday Cuttlebug folder. I added a gem to the present and a sheer, blue ribbon. I added stickles for sparkle. Thanks for stopping by!
