One Stop Craft Challenge Design Team Card #224-Color Challenge Pastels

It is time for anoterh One Stop Craft Challenge. This challenge is to use pastel colors on your card or project.  Our Sponsor this week is Crafty Cat 957 and they have donated a prize for the winner. My other granddaughter is turning 1 pretty soon so I made her a card  The theme for her partuy is going to be cupcakes and her mommy loves elephants! Here it is:
