Cinema Saturday #28-The Lion King


The movie inspiration for this week at the Cinema Saturday Challenge is The Lion King. It has been a while since I had seen this movie since my kids are grown now! You were supposed to base your card on one of the animals in the film so I guess this card is based on the giraffes in the background! I did watch The Circle of Life on the internet and it is such a beautiful song! The background is SEI Madera Island which the brown on it is raised felt. The frame and sun is from the same line. I put pop dots on the frame to make it stand out. The giraffes are Queen Kat Design. The saying is from StampinUp and the ribbon is from my stash! Thanks for stopping by!

    Gosh, but your card is so lovely! I love the scroll on the paper and how the scroll on the frame matches it! How fun that you had such perfect ribbon in your stash! I like how you've got the sun as an embellishment rather than in the picture. This looks like it really took a lot of thought.
