Cinema Saturday Challenge #26-My Fair Lady

I decided to create a scrapbook page for this weeks challenge at Cinema Saturday. The movie was My Fair Lady. It had been a while since I had watched this movie. I love Audrey Hepburn! I based this layout on her white dress. I also added a splash of pink. This is a layout of my cousins wedding. The title is a rubon by Deja Views. I had just bought some textured, sparkly paper so that worked out well on this layout. You were supposed to use embossing so I used the same embossed paper that Sankari used on her card but I covered most of it up! I had bought that paper and then saw her card (great minds think a like!). The foam hearts are from my stash. I used the sketch from Paper Craft Planet Scrappy Sunday. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Love the two wedding bands and the embellishments. Lovely page Julia

  2. Hi Julia, I'm not a scrapbooker...yet...but looking at your page for this Challenge I can see that its such a lovely way to make memories. And you can enter challenges at the same time! Black and white is my all-time favourite combination and I think yours is great.

  3. This is wonderful! Thank you for hopping over to my blog and commenting -- it's always appreciated! These challenges are so much fun for a beginner like me, and it's so great to visit someone like you who's so accomplished!

  4. very nice scrap page! I like the layout that you used, the theme for this challenge blends well on a wedding scrap!

    Clouds :o)

  5. Lovely layout, Julia. Yes, white and black do symbolize the movie quite well... I am going to start reading Pygmalion again today!!! :-)
    Thanks for visiting my blog.
