The Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge #8 DT Card

It is time for another Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge! For the Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge #8 April Challenge we a beautiful photo for inspiration for your card or project. Here it is:

We are sponsored by Tickled Pink Stamps. They are offering a fabulous prize to the winner! Kellie also generously provided images for the design team to use. Here is my interpretation of this photo.

I have used a digital image from Tickled Pink Stamps called Lil Fox Sir Rupert Foxalot. You can also get this image in rubber. I colored Sir Rupert with distress inks. I did use Copic markers for the reds in the chair, bow and hatband. I ran the green and orange panels through the Cuttlebug folders and I rubbed brown ink over the orange panels. I also distressed the edges of the saying by sponging brown in around it. The saying is by Tim Holtz. I also used distress inks to color the yellow flowers. I added brown leave and yellow raindrops for the centers. I also added a sheer green bow and a butterfly charm. I used the sketch from the Midnight Madness Sketch #97 so I am entering this card into that challenge.

Go check out The Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge and check out the other projects of our very talented design team. We have a new design team member, we want to welcome the very talented Ann to the Fuzzy Wuzzies! All you have to do is use our photo for inspiration for your card or project and use an animal on your card or project and join in the fun!

  1. Hi Julia :)

Love, love, love this card :) Stunning little fox from a foxy lady ;) The sentiment is so perfect!
Stunning inspiration for our followers :)

  2. How cute! And I love that sentiment! Your card reminds of Roald Dahl's Fantastic Mr. Fox. Anything with animals gets an A+ in my book. Great job with the sketch! Thanks for joining us at Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. Hope to see you again soon.

  3. Sir Rupert is quite the handsome fellow. The sentiment could not have fit your card any better. He looks so smart sitting there sipping is tea. Flowers and colors are perfect for this challenge........
