I have colored this cute octopus with Copic markers. The papers are The Paper Studio as well as the circle lace punch that I have used. I added gems around the punch. The saying is a vellum quote and the fish, seahorse, shell and bubbles are stickers. I am entering this in the challenge Bling it On #2 where they want you to use a digi image and bling.
